U musicians perform at International Musicians Academy in Bulgaria

Alumna of University of Utah School of Music, Morgan Smith, and current U student, Rachel Horman participated in International Musicians Academy July 29, 2022. 

Smith, violin, graduated with her Masters in Music in 2021. She was a student of Dr. Hasse Borup and Dr. Kasia Sokol-Borup. Horman, viola, is a student of Prof. Julie Edwards.

They were joined by faculty Dr. Blanka Bednarz and performed in in Vidin, Bulgaria where they were featured as soloists in concertos by Dvorak and Stamitz with Sinfonietta Vidin in Vidin's Philharmonic Hall, under the baton of Maestro Dr. Ovidiu Marinescu.
