Auditions for the 2024-2025 school year will be held on January 27, 2024 or February 10, 2024.

After completing this form, please read the steps for Undergraduate or Graduate applicants for further instructions.

The School of Music will contact you to set up an audition time once we receive your request beginning November 15, 2023. If you have not been contacted by the School of Music within 2 weeks of submitting this form (beginning November 15) please call 801-581-6762.
