"The piano can benefit one's life tremendously. Through practice, a piano student can learn discipline and confidence, which leads to enjoying the feeling of accomplishment. Piano students also strengthen their imaginations by listening to and learning to perform pieces from composers in numerous genres. The confidence and skills learned at the piano also carry over into and enrich other areas of students' lives."
