David Fox

David is the Academic Coordinator and Facilities Manager for the School of Music. An alumnus of the University of Utah (BM Organ Performance 2015; MM Organ Performance 2018), David has worked in various capacities for the School of Music: Teaching Assistant 2017-2018, organ instructor in the Preparatory Division 2014-2020, and an administrator in the music office since 2022. David has performed with several university and community groups on the organ, harpsichord, and piano, including the School of Music’s Early Music Ensemble, the Salt Lake Symphony, and the Utah Youth Symphony/Orchestra. Outside of music, David is an avid peakbagger (hiking and climbing with the purpose of reaching mountain summits) and has summited over 400 peaks in just Utah alone.
