STEP 1) Fill out private lesson application.

STEP 2) Meet with area advisor to determine courses for registration and obtain signature.

STEP 3) Meet with SOM advisor to confirm adherence to course requirements and obtain signature.

STEP 4) Bring signed private lesson application to 204 DGH for private lesson class registration number.

STEP 5) Register for courses.

Piano Proficiency Requirement All music majors should be enrolled for Keyboard each semester until the Piano Proficiency exam is passed.
Grade Minimum Requirement A grade of C or better is required for all music courses. Grades of C- or below in Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Arts in Music degree programs and Minor in Music program will not satisfy this requirement.
University of Utah Graduation Requirements The University of Utah requires additional general education and bachelor’s degree requirements for graduation.
